In an excellent position: 200 meters from the nearest beach, which is the free beach in front of the Torre Santa Maria (San Bartolomeo al Mare).
Large beach, with small stones, with shallow water that slopes gradually.

Other beaches nearby: equipped free beach and private bathing establishments.
Dogs allowed! Dog beach: 550 meters away (along the Cervo stream).
Very close to services, shops, stores and restaurants.

The apartment is on the 1st floor, with elevator.
It does not have a sea view, and does not have a private balcony.

COMMON AREA:
Peculiarities of the building: our guests can use a large common area on the roof of the condominium, on the 5th floor!
This is a solarium terrace, a common area, shared with all the condominiums, without reserved spaces.
This terrace is panoramic (sea view, view of Cervo and the Capo Berta hill - Diano Marina), and it is possible to hang out the laundry, on common clotheslines.
There is a second terrace available, on the 4th floor.

It is not possible to leave the chairs fixed on the terrace, and for this reason we provide our guests with two folding chairs^* that will allow you to relax outside, sunbathing or enjoying the evening breeze.
^*Please always bring these equipment back inside the apartment after use, and do not leave them unattended, for safety reasons.

The solarium terrace can be reached via the elevator (in front of the apartment). For the one on the 5th floor, a short flight of stairs is necessary.

Small pets are welcome in the apartment^* but unfortunately they are not allowed on the solarium terrace.

Ideal for couples, for a seaside getaway!

Recently renovated, the apartment has only one room, with a double sofa bed, which can be opened and closed comfortably. Fully electric apartment (no gas).
It does not have a fixed dining table, but a compact and foldable table, with two chairs available. The coffee table can be opened halfway or fully, depending on your needs and space.
Please note that the apartment is small, it is only one room (studio).
The sofa becomes a double bed, when it is open the living space decreases significantly, but it can be opened and closed comfortably as you wish.

Equipped kitchen, with induction hob (two burners), sink, washing machine. Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Toaster, kettle. Microwave with grill function.
TV (Italian channels).
Pets allowed (not allowed on the shared terrace for safety reasons).
Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet.

Included costs:
In summer high season, the rental price is all inclusive:
utilities (electricity, gas, water), initial and final cleanings.
Initial packages of bed linen and towels are provided, included in the price; if you tell us in advance how many beds you need, you will find them already prepared upon arrival.

In the cold season, utilities will be be charged separately, according to guests' consumption.

Payments:
• If the booking is done well in advance:
First payment:
A first payment of 50% is needed upon booking.
Cancellation / Refund:
You can cancel for any reason and have a full refund of your first payment up til 30 days before arrival.
No refund is possible after that date.
Balance / Second payment:
The balance (the second 50%) must be paid 30 days before arrival with a second bank transfer.
• If the booking is done when there are less than 30 days before the arrival date:
the payment must be made for 100% of the amount, and no refund will be possible.

Tourist Tax:
Upon check-in, guests have to pay by cash the City Tourist Tax of 2€ per person per day, only for the first 7 days, and only for guests over 14 years old.

Guests registration:
Upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
