Included costs:
In summer high season, the rental price is all inclusive:
utilities (electricity, gas, water), initial and final cleanings.
Initial packages of bed linen and towels are provided, included in the price. Subsequent change or addition of bedlinen or towels upon request (surcharge, extra cost).

In the cold season, utilities will be be charged separately, according to guests' consumption.

Parking-Pass included in rental price.

Tourist Tax:
Upon check-in, guests have to pay by cash the City Tourist Tax of 1.5€ per person per day, only for the first 3 days, and only for guests over 14 years old.

Payments:
• If the booking is done well in advance:
First payment:
A first payment of 50% is needed upon booking.
Cancellation / Refund:
You can cancel for any reason and have a full refund of your first payment up til 30 days before arrival.
No refund is possible after that date.
Balance / Second payment:
The balance (the second 50%) must be paid 30 days before arrival with a second bank transfer.
• If the booking is done when there are less than 30 days before the arrival date:
the payment must be made for 100% of the amount, and no refund will be possible. (*)

Guests registration:
Upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
