If you want to relax, this place is absolutely perfect.
It has a terrace with a breathtaking view over the gulf and the town and a wonderful panorama from every window.
There's also a small garden with a table and a two sun-chairs.

The house is suitable for big families or a group of friends. It accommodates 4, maximum 6 people.
Four people can sleep in the bedroom (one double bed, one bunk bed).
Two people can sleep in the living room (two sofa beds).

Wi-Fi gratis.
There is one reserved parking place (included in the price).
The apartment is in a very quiet and panoramic location, at the beginning of the road that leads to the Mesco, just over the old town.

It's set slightly on a hill, in the green of our olive trees, but it's also easier to reach the beach, which is less than 1 km.
By car, it takes just a couple of minutes to get the beach.
On foot, in 15 minutes you reach the centre and the main beach Bagni Casinò.

Included costs:
In summer high season, the rental price is all inclusive:
utilities (electricity, gas, water), initial and final cleanings.
Initial packages of bed linen and towels are provided, included in the price; if you tell us in advance how many beds you need, you will find them already prepared upon arrival.

In the cold season, utilities will be be charged separately, according to guests' consumption.

Tourist Tax:
Upon check-in, guests have to pay by cash the City Tourist Tax of 1.5€ per person per day, only for the first 3 days, and only for guests over 14 years old.

Payments:
• If the booking is done well in advance:
First payment:
A first payment of 50% is needed upon booking.
Cancellation / Refund:
You can cancel for any reason and have a full refund of your first payment up til 30 days before arrival.
No refund is possible after that date.
Balance / Second payment:
The balance (the second 50%) must be paid 30 days before arrival with a second bank transfer.
• If the booking is done when there are less than 30 days before the arrival date:
the payment must be made for 100% of the amount, and no refund will be possible. (*)

Guests registration:
Upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
