The apartment is located on the hillside of “Riviera dei Fiori”, in a quiet and panoramic residential area in Costarainera.
Great starting point to discover Riviera of Flowers, and for sportspeople: it is close to trekking and MTB trails – San Lorenzo Valley, Cipressa, Costarainera hills.

Distances:
• 4,5 km from the nearest beach (Aregai, public beach); about 5 km from San Lorenzo al Mare and its sandy beach (private and public beaches)
• 4,5 km from the cycling path.
• About 200m from Costarainera village, that can be accessed on foot (nearby entrance and pedestrian path)
• Closest supermarkets: 5 km (San Lorenzo al Mare)
• Small shop: in Costarainera.

Please note that the apartment doesn’t have a private parking place.
There is a free, public parking area above the apartment, 200 meters on foot from the house. From the parking to the house there is a downhill road.
IMPORTANT: the parking area is not suitable for sports-car or low cars; because there is a short connecting ramp which is OFFROAD (PLEASE SEE THE PICTURES - to access the parking area there is this short ramp, you have to be careful).
At check-in and check-out, you can park in front of the house for the time you need to manage the luggage.

In summer high season, the rental price is all inclusive:
utilities (electricity, gas, water), initial and final cleanings.
Initial packages of bed linen and towels are provided, included in the price; if you tell us in advance how many beds you need, you will find them already prepared upon arrival.

In the cold season, utilities will be be charged separately, according to guests' consumption.

Payments:
• If the booking is done well in advance:
First payment:
A first payment of 50% is needed upon booking.
Cancellation / Refund:
You can cancel for any reason and have a full refund of your first payment up til 30 days before arrival.
No refund is possible after that date.
Balance / Second payment:
The balance (the second 50%) must be paid 30 days before arrival with a second bank transfer.
• If the booking is done when there are less than 30 days before the arrival date:
the payment must be made for 100% of the amount, and no refund will be possible. (*)

Upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
