APARTMENTS MAFALDA - LEVANTO

Two apartments: one for 2 people, one for 4 people, in the old town of Levanto, just 250 metres from the sea.
Each “Aparment Mafalda” has an independent entrance, but they can also be rented toghether, since they are on the same level with communicating corridor.
This way, the maximum capacity is 6 people, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the larger apartment there is an additional sofa bed double.

Important note: the apartments are on the second floor of a historical building, without elevator.
Not recommended for elderly people or people with walking difficulties: the staircase is composed of high steps.

The apartments are in the old town, in a pedestrian area: they cannot be reached directly by car, but the nearest parking is about 100 meters from the house.
There is not a private parking, but upon request we can provide you with a special ticket that allows to park for free in Levanto (extra cost - more details at the end of this page).

“Apartment 1”, of about 35 sqm, is composed of a bedroom with double bed, a kitchen with table and chairs, a bathroom, a very small balcony overlooking the inner courtyard.
Ideal for couples, for a romantic getaway!

“Apartment 2”, of about 50 sqm, is composed of a bedroom with double bed, a kitchen, a living room with table, chairs, and a sofa bed for two, a bathroom.
Ideal for couples, or a family with kids.

Air conditioning.
Wi-Fi.
Two Smart-TVs, in the living room and in the bedroom. Satellite TV channels.

Included costs:
In summer high season, the rental price is all inclusive:
utilities (electricity, gas, water), initial and final cleanings.
Initial packages of bed linen and towels are provided, included in the price; if you tell us in advance how many beds you need, you will find them already prepared upon arrival.

In the cold season, utilities will be be charged separately, according to guests' consumption.

Payments:
• If the booking is done well in advance:
First payment:
A first payment of 50% is needed upon booking.
Cancellation / Refund:
You can cancel for any reason and have a full refund of your first payment up til 30 days before arrival.
No refund is possible after that date.
Balance / Second payment:
The balance (the second 50%) must be paid 30 days before arrival with a second bank transfer.
• If the booking is done when there are less than 30 days before the arrival date:
the payment must be made for 100% of the amount, and no refund will be possible. (*)

Tourist Tax:
Upon check-in, guests have to pay by cash the City Tourist Tax of 1.5€ per person per day, only for the first 3 days, and only for guests over 14 years old.

Guests registration:
Upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.

Parking:
In Levanto, the parking fee can be up to 24€ per day.
Upon request, we can provide a special ticket to park for free in the city of Levanto (only for one car), the cost is 5€ per day.
This ticket allows to park in all paid parking places for free.
Important: this ticket is not a private reserved parking; it allows to park for free in the blue lines in the city - with the exception of the parking above the beach, where it's not free, but there is a reduced hourly rate.
