It is surrounded by a small garden and has two very large terraces overlooking the village and the sea.

It's located in a panoramic area, very close to the town center, and just a few minutes from the train station.
It is higher than the road level and can be accessed by stairs or a private elevator.
The town center is about 300 meters away, the train station is 400 meters and the beach is 800 meters away.
The supermarket and the covered market are 200 meters away.
The facilities include an oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and electric kettle.
Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.

In summer high season, the rental price is all inclusive:
utilities (electricity, gas, water), initial and final cleanings.
Initial packages of bed linen and towels are provided, included in the price. Subsequent change or addition of bedlinen or towels upon request (surcharge, extra cost).
In the cold season, utilities will be be charged separately, according to guests' consumption.

Tourist Tax:
Upon check-in, guests have to pay by cash the City Tourist Tax of 1.5€ per person per day, only for the first 3 days, and only for guests over 14 years old.
Payments:
• If the booking is done well in advance:
First payment:
A first payment of 50% is needed upon booking.
Cancellation / Refund:
You can cancel for any reason and have a full refund of your first payment up til 30 days before arrival.
No refund is possible after that date.
Balance / Second payment:
The balance (the second 50%) must be paid 30 days before arrival with a second bank transfer.
• If the booking is done when there are less than 30 days before the arrival date:
the payment must be made for 100% of the amount, and no refund will be possible. (*)
