The Serena Apartment is located in a perfect location, just 200 meters from the beach of Levanto.
Shops, bars, ice-cream shops, restaurants within a very short distance. Pharmacy at 50 meters. Bank at 100 meters.

Excellent for families also with children, or for two couples of friends, or for small groups.

Very close to the beaches, it is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday.

Levanto is also the ideal starting point for exploring the Cinque Terre, by boat, along the paths, or by train.

The station is 750 meters away, it can also be reached on foot in 9 minutes.

The Serena apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a double bed and a single bed. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

In the kitchen there are available: microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, Italian moka, toaster, electric kettle.
Good supply of plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans and accessories.

Prices vary depending on the period.

Included costs:
In summer high season, the rental price is all inclusive:
utilities (electricity, gas, water), initial and final cleanings.
Initial packages of bed linen and towels are provided, included in the price; if you tell us in advance how many beds you need, you will find them already prepared upon arrival.

In the cold season, utilities will be be charged separately, according to guests' consumption.

Tourist Tax:
Upon check-in, guests have to pay by cash the City Tourist Tax of 1€ per person per day, only for the first 3 days, and only for guests over 14 years old.

Payments:
• If the booking is done well in advance:
First payment:
A first payment of 50% is needed upon booking.
Cancellation / Refund:
You can cancel for any reason and have a full refund of your first payment up til 30 days before arrival.
No refund is possible after that date.
Balance / Second payment:
The balance (the second 50%) must be paid 30 days before arrival with a second bank transfer.
• If the booking is done when there are less than 30 days before the arrival date:
the payment must be made for 100% of the amount, and no refund will be possible. (*)

Guests registration:
Upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.

Parking:
In Levanto, the parking fee can be up to 24€ per day.
Upon request, we can provide a special ticket to park for free in the city of Levanto (only for one car), the cost is 30€ per week.
This ticket allows to park in all paid parking places for free.
Important: this ticket is not a private reserved parking; it allows to park for free in the blue lines in the city - with the exception of the parking above the beach, where it's not free, but there is a reduced hourly rate.
